To celebrate the weekend, I thought I’d share the recipe for my homemade guacamole. Straight up invented it myself. It gets rave reviews.
1 large Haas avocado (peeled and pitted)
1 tablespoon of your favorite salsa
the juice of ½ lime
1 teaspoon mayo (don’t skip this and I always use Hellman’s)
1 teaspoon sour cream
Dash of onion powder
Dash of garlic powder
Salt to taste
Mash all the ingredients together, and refrigerate until chilled. Serve with tortilla chips. Bon Appetite!
